Why This Works
Most restaurants don’t need a complete overhaul — they need the right outside perspective. A coach helps you see what’s working, what’s not, and where a few smart changes can make a real impact.
The Value
My coaching fee is $500 per session or $1,000 for three sessions. One good idea can easily make you thousands — sometimes much more. That’s why this isn’t really a cost. It’s an investment in making your restaurant stronger, more profitable, and easier to run.
Flexible Options
Sessions can be split across multiple days if needed, so you can apply what we discuss and come back with questions (for example, a 3-hour session can be split into six weekly 30-minute calls). For restaurants that want ongoing support, a $250 monthly maintenance option is also available.
